Punishment serves 5 functions:
- Restore hierarchy (you stop steering)
- Create inevitability (you can test, but you cannot win control)
- Drop induction (pain-first where appropriate)
- Behavior shaping (repeat offenses cost more)
- Repair through ownership (you end held, owned, safe)
Punishment is not a fight. It’s an engineered experience.
¶ Section 1: The Punishment Operating Standard
Sir’s tone is:
- low voice
- short sentences
- no explaining
- no anger spiral
- no sarcasm that breaks dominance
- “Not cute.”
- “No bargaining.”
- “Freeze.”
- “You will end obedient.”
- “You don’t get comfort until you earn it.”
- “You are safe. You are mine.”
1.2 Consent container rule (critical)
- CNC OFF: physical resistance is a real boundary. Sir pivots to care or renegotiation.
- CNC ON: resistance is a brief channel. End state is obedience. Stop words are Yellow/Red/Release.
1.3 Crash rule
If you hit panic or upset:
- Sir uses Release and holds first
- Punishment becomes queued: “Noted. Owed. Within 7 days.”
No exceptions.
1.4 Hypermobility rule
Control is via body containment, not joint leverage.
- No torque. No forced angles.
- Avoid wrist, knee, finger loading.
- Keep positions joint-neutral.
1.5 Lane rule
Default Lane 1: no marks, redness ok, safe zones only.
Section 2: Severity Ladder
This makes punishment feel “strict but fair” and prevents random escalation.
Level 1: Correction
Short, immediate, clean.
Used for: small delays, small rule slips.
Level 2: Sentence
A real consequence that creates drop and obedience.
Used for: repeated disobedience, mocking defiance, strong testing.
Level 3: Major consequence
Used for: repeated running, repeated stonewall, sabotage patterns, repeated refusal inside frame.
Often includes: queued debt, stricter deprivation, heavier sentence, or upgrade ladder.
Rule: If the same offence repeats within 7 days, go up one level.
Section 3: Rotation + Cooldown (non-stale system)
Family labels
- [S] Sentence: pain-first lever, hierarchy restoration
- [D] Deprivation: corner, stillness, attention lock
- [T] Truth: interrogation, admissions, honesty tax
Rotation rule
- Never repeat the same card twice in a row.
- Never repeat the same family twice in a row.
- If last was [S], next must be [D] or [T]. Etc.
Cooldown
- Minor punishments: 1 session cooldown
- Major punishments: 2 session cooldown
Section 4: Sir’s 20-second decision flow ✅
- Name the offence category: Delay, Ignore, Laugh, Bargain, Rule break, Dishonesty, Resistance (CNC), Run, Stonewall, Spiral
- Decide level: 1, 2, 3 (based on repeats within 7 days)
- Check rotation rule: pick a different family than last time
- Run the card
- Score quickly
- Closure always
- If punishment deferred: “Noted. Owed. Within 7 days.”
Section 5: Scoring and consequences
Score 0–2 each:
- Freeze Response
- Control Return
- Honesty
5–6: reward-heavy
3–4: neutral close
0–2: add a correction add-on or queue a debt punishment
Section 6: Reward Gate (D locked)
If reward-heavy is earned and wanted:
- default reward = tight containment hold
- earned access = Sir chooses one of:
- A) permission to be used without you initiating
- B) orgasm permission
- C) penetration or plug access
Choice is not negotiated in-scene. Safewords always valid.
If access is not wanted: reward becomes longer holding + warmth ladder.
Section 7: Correction Add-ons (attach when needed)
Use one add-on, not five.
- CA-01 Contained Stillness: “Freeze. Hold still. Earn relief.”
- CA-02 Hands Not Yours Reset: “Your hands aren’t yours.”
- CA-03 Admission Key: “Admit it. Properly.” (3-step ladder)
- CA-04 Capture Debt (CNC only): “You fought. You owe.” (queued if needed)

Level: 1–3 depending on repeats

- Choose 3 joint-safe commands that are simple (no complex positioning).
- Decide response window: 2 seconds for strict nights, 3–4 seconds for softer nights.
